Electrode "Graphite" for shape engraving discharge machine

We would like to introduce the 'Graphite' electrodes for shape cutting electric discharge machines handled by Eastern Technology Research. They have high heat resistance, allowing for non-consumable processing when used as electrodes for electric discharge machining. At the same peak current value, they can achieve non-consumable processing with shorter pulse widths compared to copper electrodes, thereby increasing processing speed. The electrode for discharge machining, which has been tapered on a copper plate, is called "Rib Make." By simply performing contour machining with a wire discharge machine on this product, you can create electrodes for ribs. Ribs are reinforcement parts typically seen on the backside of plastic products, and they are generally thin and strip-like.
